Bloom Boxes Take 40.79 Years To Payout

Yes folks you heard it here first.  Real and official data from New Jersey under the freedom of information act show that at Middletown  where Bloom will install 4 brand spanking new ES 5710 fuel cells the project before government subsidy will take 40.79 years to payout.  This is longer than the Children of Israel spent in the desert!   This is longer than I have been in America!

Sridhar, Gore, Doerr,and Powell can claim their BLOOMDOGGLE is affordable energy.  This is unaffordable energy.  In order to achieve the 40.79 year payout, Bloom claimed 52% efficiency and 95% capacity factor.  Both of these claims will likely not be achieved and the payout period will likely be even longer.  NBC is still claiming the boxes cost only $800,000 each.  Brian Williams claims to have marched with Moses while Egyptian chariots were firing arrows at them.

Bloom Boxes Cost Far More Than $800,000

NBC in their report on Bloom Energy claimed the boxes cost $800,000. 

“The state provides rebates to customers who purchase emerging energy tech. That means that California taxpayers subsidize the cost of Bloom fuel cells which cost about $800,000.”

I had given NBC all the data I received under the Public Records Act from AC Transit.  This included the invoices for the two Bloom Boxes as well as the installation costs.  The base price of the two boxes without installation or sales tax was $3,400,000 or $1,700,000 each.  With taxes, site preparation, engineering, permits, and installation the boxes cost approximately $2,800,000 each at AC Transit in Oakland California.  In New Jersey at the AT&T site where five boxes are being installed, AT&T swore under oath that the installed boxes cost $2,225,600 each.

I blogged that NBC only told you 35.95% of the real story on the BLOOMDOGGLE.  I have written an email to the NBC that I am dismayed by their reporting and that I had spent hundreds of hours over more than a year helping them with data and research and then they simply got scared off by Bloom who probably had one of their high level operatives call NBC executives to try squash the story.   I told NBC the only way the public will get the full 100% story on Bloom is when I release my Documentary Film on the BLOOMDOGGLE.

I have copyrighted the title “Celsius 1960 – The BLOOMDOGGLE” for the documentary.  The flame temperature of natural gas is 1960 Celsius.  1960 was also the year of birth of Governor Jack Markell of Delaware who is the grandest Bloomdoggler.   With a temperature of 1960 Celsius, the film will be four times hotter than Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 911.  The BLOOMDOGGLE is four times bigger than Solyndra ($2 billion of rip off versus only $0.5 billion).

It is actually very disconcerting that two young and capable reporters at NBC who were given the biggest story of their lives on a plate, chose for reasons coming from above to soft sell the BLOOMDOGGLE.  Brian Williams at NBC embellished stories, NBC Bay Area edited out the real meat or sulfur in the story.  At a minimum NBC should at least report the real cost of a Bloom Coffin that is not $800,000 but far higher.

BLOOM ENERGY QUIETLY REVISES EMISSIONS

NBC reported the stealthy revisions of emissions by Bloom Energy on June 25, 2015.

Of particular interest is Bloom’s statement to cover up their greenwashing.

“Although the original data sheet was factually correct, in order to avoid any potential misinterpretation, the data sheet was updated from an instantaneous efficiency and emission rate to include a range of efficiencies and emission rates over time. The original efficiency and emission rates were within the updated range.”

No doubt one of Al Gore’s high priced lawyers came up with statement.  But folks here is what Mr. Brockenborough the General Manager of Bloom Electrons wrote in his January 13, 2012 coastal zone act permit application in Delaware.

“each fuel cell has a base electrical output of 200 kw with a maximum natural gas usage of 1.32 MMBTU per hour”.

Take 1.32 and multiply by 5 to get the gas usage per megawatt hour and we have 6.6 million BTUs.  Each million BTUs of natural gas emits 117 pounds of carbon dioxide (per the EPA) and we have the 773 pounds of carbon dioxide for the 6.6 million BTUs needed for each megawatt hour.

Brockenborough said “MAXIMUM” he did not say “INSTANTANEOUS”.  Brockenborough invented the low emissions to obtain a lucrative permit for Bloom in Delaware.  That fake permit has resulted in the transfer of $82,579,354 so far from the poor and middle class ratepayers of DELMARVA Power to Al Gore, John Doerr, and Colin Powell at Bloom.

NBC did not report on the sulfur waste as they simply are too chicken to report the full story.  They also got the part about combined cycle power stations all wrong.  New combined cycle power stations running on natural gas only emit 740 pounds of CO2 per megawatt hours.  The Bloom Box does not cost $800,000.  Data from a Certification given to a court in New Jersey show that 5 Bloom Boxes cost $11,128,000 or $2,225,600 per box.

The same Bloom lawyers who wrote the false response probably told high level executives at NBC to lay off the story.  NBC may be intimidated by Al Gore, John Doerr, and Colin Powell, but the GREEN MACHINE has no fear of these gangrene operatives of the complex.  NBC only reported 800,000 of a 2,225,600 story.  This is only 35.95% of the story.  This is like the tip of the iceberg.  The GREEN MACHINE has reported the full story that BLOOM the BLOOMDOGGLER is the largest green fraud out there.

The permit O’Mara signed is a fraud.  O’Mara should face justice.  In the past three years since O’Mara signed the fake permit, Bloom has extracted $82,579,354 from Delmarva ratepayers.  This amount increases by almost $100,000 a day.  O’Mara and Levin (two cabinet members) of Magic Jack’s administration have resigned.  Magic Jack should also resign.  Two down one to go!

I wrote the book while commuting on the Ferry from Tiburon to the financial district of San Francisco.  My only tool was my brain and my years of work as a chemical engineer.  Greenspan had thousands of helpers at the US Fed.  Greenspan was the Guru.  When Greenspan uttered a word markets moved.  CNBC would even watch how Greenspan crossed the street to predict market movement.

The Green Machine got it right and Greenspan got it completely wrong.  Same thing on Electric Cars.  The Green Machine got it right and Thomas Friedman got it completely wrong.  The question is not that these two Gurus were so off base, the question is why did they not comprehend the technologies that underlie their statements?

The answer is pretty simple.  Neither studied Thermodynamics.  Neither had a clue about Exergy and Entropy.

Guys like Greenspan and Friedman can opine on things that have very little thermodynamic meaning.  They can gain attention for what they say, but what they know is actually almost meaningless.  Al Gore is another guru without a clue.  Actually I may register www.guruwithoutaclue.com for my next blog site. 

My training in Thermodynamics at Wits and ISU has helped me discern what is real and doable and helped me expose fakes and frauds like Kior and Bloom Energy even with my eyes closed.  I do not want to be a guru.  I just want folks to understand what Stephen Hawking said that “entropy increases in time because we measure time in the direction entropy increases”.  I have coined the phrase that “you can fuel some of the people some of the time but you cannot fuel all of the people all of the time”.  Greenspan, Friedman, and Gore have fooled and fueled most of the people most of the time. 

The Green Machine favorite tune is the Who’s song “Won’t get fooled again”.    They said “though the hypnotized never lie”.   The second law of Thermo is like deep hypnosis.  It is so profound it takes one's brain to a different plane.  It is actually the essence of the creation, the big bang, and the leveler of all imposters.  It is all that is true in a simple formula.  No need to get down on your knees and pray, cause just like yesterday, entropy ain’t going away.  Hooray Hooray Delta S is here to stay!! 

Bloom VP Admits There Is Sulfur Waste and SCHMUTZ

Mr. William Brockenborough who lied under oath in Delaware at a Coastal Zone Act hearing and submitted a false permit application for his Bloom Boxes in Delaware has issued a Certification in New Jersey.  I have a copy of the certification and Mr. Brockenborough now admits to solid waste with sulfur being transported out of state in removable steel canisters.

Yes on June 1, 2015 Mr. William Brockenborough The General manager for Bloom Electrons finally fessed up that there is solid waste from the bloom coffins that includes steel, chemical sorbents, and sulfur.   I had estimated for the Delaware project in the protected coastal zone where 135 such Bloom coffins are placed as much as 100,000 pounds a year of such solid waste is generated each year.

Mr. Collin O’Mara the former secretary of the DE DNREC who resigned in disgrace hid this waste when he approved the Coastal Zone Act (CZA) permit.  O’Mara is hiding out in the wilderness as the CEO of the National Wildlife Federation.  Another story for another time.

What is also interesting is that Bloom and AT&T are squealing in New Jersey that if the dirty, unreliable and expensive coffins are not allowed to operate Bloom and AT&T stand to lose much money.  There is a note holder for 18.855 megawatts of the fool cells that cover multiple states and multiple investors.  What Mr. Brockenborough should have added to his certification is that 18.855 megawatts of Bloom Coffins will create approximately 65,000 pounds a year of the DESULFERIZATION schmutz, that is shipped OUT OF STATE for treatment in a “PROCESSING CENTER”.

Bloom Claims to have over 130 megawatts of boxes installed around the US.  Therefore, approximately 500,000 pounds a year of SULFUR laden SCHMUTZ ends up in PROCESSING CENTERS.  How much longer can Al Gore and his cronies hide this much solid waste and pretend they are green?

Bloom Project Manager Explains CO2 Emissions

I have reported that Mr. Demeis a Project Manager for Bloom discussed how solid waste with sulfur is sent to California in his November 5, 2014 testimony to the Middletown New Jersey Planning Board.

I reread the transcript and now I have Mr. Demeis under oath stating that CO2 emissions are 773 pounds per megawatt hour and he uses their company’s “cut sheet” as the basis.

Remember that Bloom changed their web site and the “cut sheet” after NBC Bay Area (thanks to me) exposed the fact that Bloom did not meet that level of CO2 emissions in Delaware.  The new cut sheet has a range of 735 to 849 pounds of CO2 per mwh.  The new cut sheet went live about the same time that Mr. DeMeis gave his testimony.  His testimony is therefore false as we all know the 773 pounds of CO2 per mwh could not be achieved and Bloom essentially admitted this by quickly changing their web site and cut sheets after NBC Bay Area aired their investigative report on October 20, 2014.

Her name is Judith Petrou.   I happen to think her statement is quite profound and borders on the brilliant.  I googled “Judith Petrou” and she has made many comments on current events in South Africa.  She may be a Librarian that was born in South Africa and now lives in Chicago.  Not a very famous person but a very brave person.

Why Beau Would Not Prosecute BLOOMDOGGLERs

I have wondered why Beau as the AG of Delaware would not go after the BLOOMDOGGLERs?  Beau was no doubt a courageous and honorable person.  He probably did care for the poor and middle class ratepayers of Delmarva who got screwed by Magic Jack Markell , Hide The Sulfur Collin O’Mara, Al Convenient Untruths Gore, Colin No WMD Powell, John Doe Double R Doerr, and others in the BLOOMDOGGLE.  Here is a theory why did he not go after the BLOOMDOGGLERs.  Note my theory is just a theory not a story.

After watching parts of his funeral service it struck me that Beau did not ever want to hurt his Dad or hurt anybody.  I have no evidence his Dad played any role in the BLOOMDOGGLE, and I am not suggesting his Dad played a role.  But his Dad had close friends who played the big roles in the Bloomdoggle and Beau may have thought going after family friends would hurt his Dad by hurting his Dad’s friends.

Beau was 100% true to his family.  He was 100% true to his friends.  He was 100% true to his fellow soldiers.  He truly was blessed with many virtues.  His passing is beyond sad, it is tragic.  His family values, his loyalty, and his fidelity are unquestionable.  Some Republicans have questioned his wisdom given he had to take the Delaware bar exam three times.

 I do not question his wisdom.  I do not question him in any way.  I just want to understand why a man of such courage, integrity, and caring of so many would have not jumped at the opportunity to prosecute those who fraudulently sold the poor and the middle class “clean, reliable, and affordable energy” when in fact it is dirty, unreliable, and exorbitantly expensive energy?

I bet if hucksters who were behind the BLOOMDOGGLE were from the mob or from Russia or China, Beau would have jumped upon the case that I presented him with irrefutable written evidence.  Beau could not go after Al Gore, Colin Powell, and John Doerr.  Beau could not go after Jack Markell, Collin O’Mara, and Alan Levin.  They are all friends.   

Beau decided that others will go after these operatives who have fleeced the poor and the middle class ratepayers of Delmarva Power of some $82,579,354 dollars so far.  Beau could not hurt his dad’s friends.  Beau was not a man who wanted to hurt anybody.  May his soul rest in peace.  Now may justice be brought to all in Delaware who are being fleeced to the tune of almost $100,000 each day by the BLOOMDOGGLE.     

Bloom is kind of like the American version of FIFA.  In Deal Away, Caliphornia, and other ignited states in the Union FIFA stands for Fix It For Al.  To me and others who have followed the BLOOMDOGGLE and Al Gore’s greenwashing for years, FIFA must stand for Finally Investigate Fraud America! 

The BLOOMDOGGLE is the greatest green fraud out there.  It is Solyndra times four.  It is a national disgrace.  It is thermodynamic fraud.  It is the poster child of the Green Teapot Dome Scandal.  In one word it is a BLOOMDOGGLE. 

One day the Oxford Dictionary will acknowledge BLOOMDOGGLE as an accepted word in the Queen’s language.  This may be posted on my epitaph.  “Here Lies The Green Machine Who Coined The Word BLOOMDOGGLE”.    I hope the president of the supreme universal court of thermodynamics delivers my eulogy and says Leveen was true follower of the first, second, and third laws of thermo that are inviolable and have been so since the Big Bang.

Plugin Vehicle Sales Flatline

The results are out on plug in vehicle sales in the USA.  Insideevs has reported May 2015 sales.

Total year to date sales for 2015 are a paltry 43,973 only up a smidgen over the 43,928 that were sold in 2014 for the same period of time.  Lots of excuses from the gurus of green that new models will launch later in the year and the last four months will be a blowout while the first eight months the EV industry is just marking time.  My take is that there is a niche market for plugins that equals approximately 1% of all vehicles.  Kind of like the talk about the 1% we often hear about.

What is concerning is that car sales are down 1.3% for the first five months of 2015 and truck sales are up 10%.  Total light vehicle sales are up 4.5% year on year for the first five months.  This also means that EVs as a percentage of total vehicles sold has dropped in 2015.

Essentially the fleet that has been sold in the first five months of 2015 will get lower MPG than the corresponding fleet that was sold in the five months of 2014.  This is due to trucks attaining lower MPG than cars.  The use of gasoline in the first five months of 2015 is also up by 3% compared with last year.  The answer why this is happening is that gasoline is far less expensive than last year.  DR. Moniz will put some spin on his all of the above energy strategy, but the simple fact is when gas is cheaper, yanks like tanks.  

AT&T Bloom Energy and New Jersey

Three corrupt institutions are in a lovefest.  New Jersey is handing over $2 million in gift to AT&T for one megawatt of Bloom Coffins.  AT&T claims the project will cost $11,128,000.

They claim the coffins will generate 8,322 mwh per year (95% capacity factor).  The coffins will have 52% efficiency with no waste heat recovered.

Bloom’ project manager, Mr. DeMeis,  has admitted under oath at the Middletown Planning Board Meeting of November 5, 2014 that there is solid waste with sulfur and that Bloom transports this waste to California.  They claim to have EPA permits as well as all kinds of permits.   The Bloom project manager also said he would not want any of the solid waste to get on him.

Well Bloom’s Project Manager spilled the beans and AT&T is a generator of unpermitted solid waste with sulfur.  AT&T reached and touched someone to get the $2 million in gift from the state.  AT&T could have generated 1 megawatt of power with a project that only cost $1 million instead of $11.128 million.  They should have used reciprocating natural gas fired engines that are 43% efficient but can also cogenerate heat.  The IRS will give AT&T 30% of the total project cost in an investment tax credit.

Without all the taxpayer gifts AT&T would pay around 30 cents per kwh for power from the Bloom Coffins.  Without taxpayer gifts AT&T would pay 10 cents per kwh for the power from the reciprocating engines.  Why should we as the people subsidize this folly?  Well it because Al Gore, John Doerr, and Colin Powell direct Bloom and direct Mr. Christie and Mr. Obama.  They direct democrats and republicans.  Perhaps Caterpillar should let Gore, Doerr, and Powell do their marketing?  All it takes is a couple of phone calls to the right or left people.

This nonsense in Middletown NJ is costing taxpayers a total of $5.34 million in subsidy and we in California are recipient of New Jersey’s solid waste.  I had always thought the mob buried waste in New Jersey.  Maybe Jimmy Hoffa is actually buried in California.   AT&T is Bloom’s largest nonutility customer.  I am glad that I use Sprint.  The seal of the great state of New Jersey says Liberty and Prosperity.  Yes but for whom????

Bravo Ellen - Go For The Appeal

It looks like Ellen Pao will appeal the ruling in her sex discrimination case against Kleiner Perkins the most connected VC group in the world.

Kleiner Perkins owns governments and is the operative in the most massive greenwashing of all time The Bloom Energy BLOOMDOGGLE.  But Ms. Pao will take them on and appeal the ruling where she lost her case in court in San Francisco a few months back. 

Ms. Pao is liable for the $970,000 of legal costs Kleiner Perkins racked up in their defense in the San Francisco suit.  Kleiner was willing to forgive the liability for legal fees if Ms. Pao did not appeal.  Once again they were trying to buy their way out.    John Doerr certainly waves money in front of people’s noses and expects them to say “yes master”.  Well Ellen is not going to fall for this.  She looks willing to go all the way in her appeals.  I say bravo and bring it on.  Let’s keep Kleiner Perkins in the news with all the dirt she can drag up.

Al Gore, John Doerr, and Colin Powell are all Kleiner Perkins operatives for the Military Industrial Congressional Presidential Complex.  Kleiner Perkins bought their way around Dover Delaware and Washington DC but could not force God to change the second law of thermodynamics.  Their portfolio of companies in the green energy space is a pack of dogs.  Dog is god spelled backwards, and Kleiner Perkins sure got thermodynamics backwards by listening to the gangrene green imposter Al Gore.

God bless Ellen and anyone who will take on these operatives.  They do not have Merit Systems they simply have Bloom Systems that pollute and extract taxpayer and ratepayer dollars for unreliable power.
