The summary of the Bloom Boondoggle is as follows:
November 11, 2011 Bloom submits a CZA permit application
with 14,410 pounds a year of sulfur oxide air emissions and the following list
of solid wastes:
·
Paper wastes -3,000 pounds per year
·
Plastic wastes -1,000 pounds per year
·
Glass wastes – 500 pounds per year
·
Metal waste – 500 pounds per year and
·
E-Wastes – 10,000 pounds per year
January 13, 2012 Bloom’s Consulting Environmental Engineer
(Beringer of Duffield Associates) emails the Delaware DNREC staff that Bloom
removes sulfur oxide as a solid on filters (beds) and the permit application
should show only 47 pounds a year of sulfur oxide air emissions. The remaining 14,363 pounds per year of
sulfur oxides are removed on the filter prior to the fuel cell stack.
February 10, 2012 Mr. O’Mara as Secretary of the Delaware DNREC
issues the completeness report that has sulfur oxides air emissions of 14
pounds per year and lists the identical solid wastes as the November
application that are as follows:
·
Paper wastes -3,000 pounds per year
·
Plastic wastes -1,000 pounds per year
·
Glass wastes – 500 pounds per year
·
Metal waste – 500 pounds per year and
·
E-Wastes – 10,000 pounds per year
The crux of the crime is that 14,396 pounds per year of
sulfur oxides was made to disappear in Mr. Omara’s completeness report. A
case of Bloom Grabs Dollar Hides Sulfur!
Bloom has grabbed 24,802,576 dollars in the last 18 months. They have hid many pounds (not the UK
currency) of sulfur. Dollar rhymes with
sulfur if you are from Bloomland where dollar is pronounced Dollah and sulfur
is pronounced sulfah
The method of disappearance is given in the Bloom Patent No 7,422,810
where Bloom states the sulfur is converted to hydrogen sulfide (H2S) the poison
that makes rotten eggs smell. The
hydrogen sulfide is trapped on the filters (beds). More mass is added to the sulfur waste stream
due to the mass of the filters. The
entire mass of sulfur laden solid waste has to be removed as hazardous solid
waste but is never mentioned in Mr. O’Mara’s list of solid wastes.
Hydrogen sulfide is clearly a hazardous waste and is a
byproduct of the Bloom process yet no Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) was
requested by the DNREC. My complaint of
fraud against Bloom and of dereliction of duty by the DNREC including its
Secretary is that 14,396 pounds of sulfur oxide waste per year was made to
disappear.
Mr. Shawn Tucker Esq.
a former deputy attorney general for the State of Delaware acted as the
agent for Bloom to obtain the CZA
permit. I have no way of knowing
Mr. Tucker’s involvement in the disappearance of toxic sulfur but this should
be investigated as well.
Note waste rhymes with distaste even in Bloomland where politicians
are simply bought for a few dollahs . Hydrogen
Sulfide does not rhyme with anything it simply is a poison that stinks.
