DAVID UHLMANN CONFIRMED AS EPA COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT CHIEF

 

After languishing for 2 years years to be approved, the US Senate finally woke up and confirmed David Uhlmann as the main person at the EPA to chase eco criminals.

Now that you are confirmed by the Senate, please investigate how Bloom Energy, a company Al Gore markets as GREEN, manages to LIE to NYSERDA that their project 1886 has had an efficiency of over 110% for the past 12 days.  This violates the FIRST LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS.  Michael Regan promised us he will FOLLOW THE SCIENCE.   So far he has protected Bloom.

Now END THE BLOOMDOGGLE even if it involves Al Gore.

I expect criminal prosecution of all those involved in this GREENWASHED SCAM
