Delaware DOJ Must Investigate Bloom and Powell

I have asked the DE AG and the DE assembly to investigate the defrauding of investors who bought shares for $18.52 each in the Bloom Series F in 2009.  Bloom and General Colin Powell set a $1.75 market price per share for the 100,000 shares he bought for a total $10.

Yes Colin Powell became a rich man by joining Al Gore and Kleiner Perkins but he still needs to be investigated.   All we want is the rule of law and equal justice.   Bloom is a Delaware corporation and Delaware must make sure to protect small investors from criminal insiders.

I have also asked the DE DOJ to investigate Google which is also a Delaware corporation.   They helped Morgan Stanley raise money for Bloom in the Series E and also provided a false testimonial to Cypress Semiconductor that Bloom had good technology.

I am happy NY State is going after ExxonMobile, now Delaware must do its job.  What is good for the gangrene goose is good for the gangrene gander.
