BLOOM ENERGY HAS HUGE PROBLEMS

Bloom is the darling of Wall Street and Jim Cramer of Mad Money worships them. But Bloom has a history of GREENWASHING. That history is going to come back to bite them in the ass. In 2018 they submitted permit applications in Delaware to rebuild two power stations. They told Delaware DNREC they would emit 700 pounds of CO2 per megawatt hour and 0.0017 pounds of NOX per megawatt hour. DNREC set limts on the hourly and rolling twelve month periods based on these values. Now it turns out that the NOX emissions are far higher and Bloom admits to 0.003 pounds of NOX per megawatt hour some 76% higher than in the permit. The CO2 emissions are approximately 820 pounds per megawatt hour and this is 18% higher than in the permits. But the NOX is the Bloom weed killer like ROUNDUP! Bloom has generated far too many megawatt hours over the past years and has overcharged Delmarva Ratepayers for the subsidy these ratepayers pay bassed on $166.81 per megawatt hour. I estimate the overcharge to ratepayers is approximately $150 million. I have alerted the FBI and EPA CID of the overcharge. No doubt there is a watertight case for ratepayers to get their money back and for the EPA to levy fines and award consequential damages. Interestingly in a new permit application Bloom recenly made in New Mexico for the power plant at an AI Data Center called Jupiter they admitted to emissions of 941 pounds of CO2 per megawatt hour and NOX emissions of 0.00345 pounds per megawatt hour. The NOX emission rate is now twice as high as in the Delaware permits. I have forwarded this to the EPA CID. It will be interesting to see if Bloom is allowed by the FBI and EPA to sweep NOX under the rug.
