Khosla Settles KIOR Shareholder Suit

Vinod Khosla the Obama Presidential Library Builder has agreed to cough up some dough to settle a shareholder lawsuit against him and others in the KIOR ecofraud.

The Green Machine AKA The Thermanator was to the first to expose KIOR as an ecofraud years ago.  Con D Rice the war on carbon criminal insider traded shares in KIOR for a profit when she was on their board of directors.  She was not part of the suit.  The CEO, the CFO, and Vinod the Thermodynamic Clown Khosla coughed up the $4.5 million


Interesting that the plant in Mississippi that cost $230 million to build has been sold for $2.7 million.  Perhaps Khosla and Doerr the other Thermodynamic cretin of a VC can help Obama build a $10 million library since they are experts at yielding 1% of an investment.

The next cases to be fought and settled are those where Khosla screwed small shareholders in Amyris and Gevo.  You see Khosla the big time Obama backer is a serial faker in the green energy space.  He had losers in Cello, Range, Calera, LS9, Lightsail, and others besides the three public companies that have flopped.
